Mandiexpress.pk is a premium vegetables and fruits delivery service. Finding good quality vegetables and fruits should be easy. They want their customers to leave the selection, negotiation(haggling) and transport of produce to Mandiexpress.pk and simply enjoy only the highest quality food from the comfort of their homes. At the same time they want their customers to not have to pay exorbitant amounts for secind grade food and actually pay less than what they would pay at high end grocery stores. Additionally Mandiexpress provide more variety and every day fresh produce straight from the Sabzi Mandi.
During numerous discussions and brainstorming sessions on the project, it was decided to create a unique single page layout to buy fresh groceries. It was done to make using the site more comfortable, as the portal may be used for locals for prolonged periods of time. Another reason for using this scheme was the offerings from mandiexpress.pk were diverse including fresh fruits and vegetables, seafood, groceries and organic products, and providing mandiexpress users a choice on the layout color scheme looked like the best decision here.
Landing Page surely is as important as the user-friendly interface for a website providing this type of service: it needs to explain how exactly the user will benefit from using this product. The task was to showcase the features and offerings from mandiexpress on a single page. It was done to draw the attention to functional details, making a valuable user experience using Mandiexpress.pk
Among the variety of produces mandiexpress provides, creating a unique branding was the hardest part of it. I am glad that Mahrukh Murtaza provided a great sense of direction to the design aesthetics of mandiexpress.pk which later applied to individual elements of the branding.
